Materials / Bahan yang diperlukan
- Outer fabric – cotton, knits, fleece etc. For outer sole, you can use antislip fabric too.
- Lining fabric – cotton, knits, fleece
- Fusible interfacing
- Batting (optional) for sole only.
- 1/4 inch elastic

Sewing Instructions / Cara Jahit
1. Fuse the fusible interfacing to the wrong side of the outer toe, sole and heel.
Lekatkan kain gam pada bahagian dalam kain luar (outer) toe, sole dan heel.

2. Pin the outer and inner heel right side together and sew the longest edge.
Pinkan bahagian luar dan dalam heel cantik bertemu cantik dan jahit cantum sisi yang paling panjang.
3. Trim the seams about 1/8 inch and turn the heel right side out. Press.
Potong basi jahitan lebih kurang 1/8 inci dan terbalikkan heel ke luar. Seterika.
4. Sew a 3/8 inch seam from the folded edge of the heel to create a casing for the elastic.
Jahit 3/8 inci dari hujung lipatan heel untuk membuat casing getah.
5. Thread the elastic to the casing. Secure both ends of elastic to the heel. The width of elastic is 1/4 inch.
Masukkan getah ke dalam casing. Jahit tindih kedua-dua hujung getah. Lebar getah adalah 1/4 inci.
6. Lay the finished heel piece (the outer heel) on top of the outer toe piece right side together. Then lay the right side of the toe lining on top of the finished heel piece. Sew the heel to the toe.
Letakkan bahagian luar heel yang sudah dijahit di atas bahagian luar toe. Kemudian letakkan pula bahagian dalam toe di atas keduanya. Jahit heel dan toe.
7. Repeat the same step for the other side of heel and toe.
Ulang langkah sama untuk sisi sebelah lagi.
8. Turn the shoe top right side out and press.
Terbalikkan bahagian atas kasut ke arah luar dan seterika.
9. Here comes the trickiest part. Place the outer sole fabric that you want to be on the bottom of the shoe right side together with the outer shoe top. Then place the sole lining right side together with the inner shoe top. Pin them together.
Bahagian ni agak mencabar. Temukan bahagian sole luar cantik bertemu cantik dengan bahagian atas kasut luar. Kemudian, temukan sole lining cantik bertemu cantik dengan bahagian atas kasut dalam. Pinkan.
10. Sew all the way around and leave about 1 ½ inches opening.
Jahit keliling sole dan tinggalkan lebih kurang 1 ½ inci bukaan.
11. Trim the seam about 1/8 inch except for the seam at the gap.
Gunting basi 1/8 inci kecuali basi di bahagian bukaan yang tidak berjahit.
12. Turn the shoe right side out.
Terbalikkan kasut ke luar.
13. Handstitch the opening closed.
Jahit dengan menggunakan jarum jahit tangan bukaan yang tidah berjahit tadi.
14. Repeat with the other side of shoe.
